For the time being, this forum is open only to those who have a subscription to the Vegan Feast Bi-Monthly Newsletter.  But, you aren't automatically registered for the forum when you subscribe-- you just get the url for the hidden page!  So click on "Join Message Board" above on the right to register and enter your password (it will be automatically approved.).  (PS: the forum password is yours alone and is not the same as the password you will get with each issue to view the newsletter.) 

If you would like to add a profile, change your password, etc., click "User Control Panel" after you have logged-in.  After you have changed things to your satisfaction, you have to use your browser's "back" button to get back to the forum page. 

I hope we will have lively discussions on vegan cooking and lots of fun! 

To insert a photo into your message:  Store your photos on photobucket.com, or any number of other free online photo storage sites (you can have various albums).  Read the directions for whichever site you choose.  Each photo will have three or four lines below it.  Copy the one in the line marked "tag" or "html Code" (it will begin with <img src="  ) and paste it into your message, then post as usual! PS: To post photos that don't take up too much space, downsize them or make them into "thumbnails" before storing on photobucket.com.

You can download free software to instantly make thumbnails of your photos at http://www.fookes.com/ezthumbs/index.php
I use this for all the photos I use on this website!

TO INSERT A LIVE LINK INTO YOUR MESSAGE: type in:   
<a href="http://....whatever your link address is...">the title of your link</a>

Then post.    Example:
<a href="http://whfoods.com/genpage.php?tname=foodspice&dbid=64">Sweet Potato Facts</a>
It should come out: Sweet Potato Facts in your post.
