I'm happy to announce that a cooking DVD featuring myself and two great vegan chefs and authors, Julie Hasson, and Dreena Burton, is now available. It includes 5 recipes from each of us. I am showing the method for making one of my soy and seitan roasts, and one of my cutlet recipes, and well as my "saucy neatballs", and other recipes.
