I'm a 30-year-old male and have been a vegetarian since January 1st, 1991, vegan since 1993 because of ethical reasons. I live in Copenhagen, Denmark, and make a living as a train steward on the Danish National Rail since 1999. I live together with Bjarne, my boy friend since 1996 and have recently added two cheeky, un-vegan (I'm afraid) but adorable cats to the family, Frida and Dalí, since a girl friend of ours could no longer have them. I take great joy in cooking Bryanna's recipes (and Bjarne takes great joy in eating them) and frequently test them on our friends too!
