Hey, I live in the Telluride, CO area. Used to live in Boston and posted frequently to the veg beginners board at vegsource under the handle bostonbeth. I work as a nanny, love to cook and think Bryanna's recipes are the best, though there are other great ones out there. We have a huge garden here and are always looking for different ways to use some of the excess produce. In the winter, I work at the local ski resort and ski a lot.
