Hi! My husband and I moved to Western Mass June 2003 so I could attend graduate school in chemistry. My long term goal is to be a professor. I have been a vegan since 2000. Before leaving we had entertained the idea of having a vegan catering business but we did not have enough capitol to start. Maybe in the future we will but until then....
