I made the biscottis from Nonna's Italian Kitchen and they were absolutely awesome, even though I left them in the oven too long and they dried out too much. I made the mocha version, I highly recommend them.

After the recommended cooking time they still looked doughy on the inside so I left them in the oven a bit longer. Too long it seems. Do they usually look like that?

Not in my experience, but oven temperatures can vary on different stoves, or you might have cut them thicker than I do. However, they will probably finish cooking a bit outside of the oven like bread does. Glad you liked them!
