Looks like you put the Ricemellow Creme that I sent you to good use. I will try the Brownie S'mores recipe in my upcoming Healthy Snacks & Desserts class. Your northeast and mid-atlantic readers may want to note that Wegmans just picked up Ricemellow Creme from Suzanne's Specialties.
