My blender is currently on the blink, a situation I find especially annoying since I've recently been using it to make almond milk on a fairly regular basis.
Any recommendations--for or against--for trying it with a food processor? And wondering if someday I should get a soymilk maker and try it in there. Has anyone ever done this before? Are either of a food processor or soymilk maker better or worse than using a blender? Thanks! Catherine

You can make it in a soymilk maker, but it would be cheaper to buy a new blender if it's only for nut milk. I don't think you would get the milk belnded as fine in a food processor, but perhaps if you processed it to a paste first and then added water? ---------- "To look like a goddess, eat like a peasant." Thanks, Bryanna. Your paste idea sounds promising. I'll definitely give it a try. At least it would help in the meantime until we can get our blender either repaired or replaced. Besides, I don't feel that I drink enough soymilk at this point in time to make a soymilk maker worth my while. However, if I ever get around to trying your new soy yogurt recipe, I might change my mind! Catherine
