John & I went to Happy Family Chinese Restaurant today and we both LOVED it. The food was great, the people were friendly and the prices were really good too. I had Kung Pao "Chicken " and John had Spinach Noodles, we both tried each other's food and thought both dishes were really good. John says that Happy Family is defintely his favorite vegan restaurant. Yay!
After our meal we went to 99 Ranch Market and I got my favorite - "Do Fu Fa" as well as some other items. It was John's first time at 99 Ranch and he thought it was a pretty cool place.

Glad you like Happy Family! It is our FAVORITE vegetarian Chinese restaurant. We come so often that we know the manager and the waitress. :-)
99 Ranch Market is my favorite too. It is cleaner compared to other Asian market. Although, I like the super market next to Happy Family too. I think the name is Soon Fat (SF) market. They have a lot of vegetarian ingredients too.
