Bryanna,
I can use veggie fish for this dish, Kedegeree, right? It sounds yummy. We love Indian food. It is hard to get smoked tofu in my area. If the dish should be seafoody, I will like it more with veg. fish anyway.
Is it the same with the chowder? I can add veg. fish chunks in it.

I'm sure you could use the veggie "fish" in either one. BTW, the kedegeree is ANGLO-Indian, so you might want to add more spice!
