Hey Bryanna,
I made your 'salmon' patties last night. Yuuuummmy! I ate a lot. :-O I think I am vegan seafood deprived. I didn't make the soy salmon yet but used the frozen soy salmon that I bought from Asian market. I couldn't wait to try it and making the soy salmon would take longer.
I made your soy salmon last night too but had to refridgerate it. Tonight I am thinking about making 'salmon' burger with the patties (make it bigger) on top of burger buns with veggies. I want to put tartar sauce on it. Do you have a recipe of vegan tartar sauce?
TIA

BTW, I made your rustic Italian-style squash and kale tart. It was great. My husband likes it a lot. We ate that with the 'salmon' patties. Yum!

I'm glad you tried the tart-- I really love it!
Tartar Sauce: For 1/2 c. or so, add about 3 T. minced raw onion and 3 T. c. minced dill pickle to vegan mayo. Add pickle brine to taste, if you wish.I f you have no pickles, use chopped cucumber with dillweed and white wine vinegar to taste.
