Bryanna, I made your biscotti last night. They are really good. I wasn't sure about the applesauce -but boy was I wrong! Nobody would ever know that there's applesauce in the recipe, or that their vegan for that matter. Delicious!! Thanks for the great recipe!

No actually I made the almond ones from Nonna's. Now I'll have to try the ones from the newsletter. My husband is hooked Bryanna. He's always seemed a bit skeptical about vegan desserts, but those biscotti have made him a believer! I've developed a lot of biscotti recipes over the years for both our bakery and magazine articles, and I would not be able to tell the difference between the traditional biscotti with eggs and your delicious biscotti! You are a cooking genius!
