No, I had missed it, Bryanna. Thanks for pointing it out! Tohum is the only brand I know about and had ordered it in the past from the source mentioned on their website (great eastern sun). The problem is that no one has any in stock anymore. I've tried great eastern sun, kushi store, discount natural foods. gold mine natural foods in california used to carry it but no more. It seems to be distributed to only macrobiotic places. I've never been able to find it locally.
Maybe I'll try contacting tohum directly. The link to their distributor didn't work when I tried it but I'll try again and it looks like there's another email I could try.
Hmmm. Wonder when the next spelt harvest is in Turkey . . . (all the Tohum products are Turkish)
