i've been reading, recently, about what nutritional powerhouses pumpkin seeds are ...
sadly, some (most??) of their nutrition is lost when roasted. and unfortunately, i find raw pumpkin seeds rather yucky, by themselves.
any ideas for tastier ways to consume raw pumpkin seeds? (the only thing that comes to mind is working them into parm subs, but that's not something i eat very often! :)
