Hi Bryanna & Julie,

I've been perusing your soy/rice/oats recipe for use with the new soyquick machine and have a question for you. Do you use the "soymilk" setting or the "multigrain" setting? I tried to figure it out from the manual but some recipes with both soy and grains were in the "soymilk section and some were in the "multigrain" section.

Same question for your soy/jasimne rice recipe, Julie--sorry to post here but I couldn't get blogger to cooperate on your site today.

Thanks!
Catherine

Catherine, I just use the soymilk setting, with good results.

Hi Catherine,

I also just use the soymilk setting.

I actually received an email from someone today who says he's got a technique for making soymilk that has no beany flavor, based on how the commercial companies make soymilk. I'll try it out and let you guys know if it makes much of a difference. I actually really like the soymilk I've been making with the malt powder, but I'm always up for trying something new.
