Your new blog photo looks delightful! I know I am not alone in saying....I am so looking forward to that new cookbook. I am going to try the potatoes this evening (the loaf looks soooooo good.)

I have been experimenting with different recipes (veganizing them). I made a stovetop rice pudding this weekend with aborio rice and soy milk and a touch of Amoretto..........it was really good.
