Soren, just wanted to post and tell you how much my family (meat-eaters and non) LOVED your curried version of Bryanna's Neatballs. I meant to post this after we first tried them, but then I forgot to (sorry). Now, I am getting ready to make them again. It is amazing to me how convincing they are!! And the flavor combination, with the textures, is fantastic. Thanks for sharing such a wonderful recipe! :)

Thank you Melissa, what a wonderful comment. I nearly forgot I submitted that readers' recipe for the Newsletter. I used to love the real thing as a child but back in the late 70s / early 80s, nobody used any spices where I live (Scandinavia) so curried meatballs were as exotic as it got - and recipes could even tell you to just use two teaspoons of curry so it wouldn't be too strong-tasting. They might as well have used just turmeric hee hee. Same thing about garlic - I remember recipes from that time which would instruct you to only rub the salad bowl with half a clove of garlic ... today everyone uses garlic and spices in generous amounts.
