I just want to share that to find wonton wrappers that has no eggs or egg whites is not easy. I used Gyoza Wrapper ( some of them has eggs). I don't know about you. It is not easy to make it yourself either. It's time consuming.

I made Val's Vegan wontons from the new newsletter and it was goood. I used Twin Dragon wonton wrapper but I think Quon Yick Gyoza wrapper is thinner. I use this brand to make the Agnolotti also. This is may be a local brand and only available in SoCal.

If you are in US, you can read this article about gyoza wrappers. They are not made the same. It seems I chose the one that this article don't like but it is the best one for vegans:

Ironically, the spring roll wrapppers made by Nasoya and sold at natural food stores, have egg whites in them. However, some of the spring roll wrappers at Asian markets are vegan (Spring Home TYJ Pastry) usually just flour, salt, and water). I buy packs of 25, 8"x8" wrappers and cut them into 1/4's which yields 100 4"x4" mini spring rolls or mini samosas.

I have found that all the ROUND Chinese dumpling wrappers around here (gyoza wrappers) have no eggs in them, and they are in all the supermarkets, so that's what I use.

I have had terrible luck finding vegan wrappers in Portland, so I have to make them. I found one once, but the ingredients looked so awful that I was completely turned off. Half of the ingredients sounded poisonous.

I wondered if this was true everywhere, or just here.
