How do you organize your recipes on your computer?

I consider myself a very organized person, but I don't think the way I organize my recipes on my computer is the best it can be. I was wondering what others do. I do not have any kind of recipe program or software. I just have a Recipes folder and under that folder I have other folders for different groups like entrees, appetizers, cakes, cookies, etc. BUT I have folders like one for "my own" (made up) recipes, Bryanna's newsletters, then one for Holidays and under that I have folders for specific holidays, then I have a folder for recipes that need converting... so it gets a little complicated.
I am glad I took Bryanna's suggestion and downloaded Copernic Desktop Search, because when I am looking for a recipe, that's the best way for me to find it!
I was wondering what everyone else does.
Peace~

I copy and paste any recipes I want to keep into my Palm Pilot software (under Memos). One memo per recipe. Palm will alphabetize them by the first word, so I make the title the first line, and make the first word what I would be looking for that recipe under. So for example, if the recipe name is Savory Lentils, I make the first line Lentils, Savory.
The Palm software on the computer syncs with my handheld, and that way I have the recipes in both places. So if I'm at work and want to check the ingredients for something while I'm at the store on my way home, I can. And often I cook from the Palm (as opposed to printing off a copy of the recipe and cooking from that sheet of paper).
