I was feeling a little limited in my choices today. So I reached for my "Almost No Fat" cookbook.

I made the Yeast Gravy.

My world is full of endless possibilities again.

This recipe was simple and easy to prepare. oh and DEEELISH!

I have been eating Vegan for a month or so now. I feel great.

Christine, if you think that gravy is good, try Bryanna's newer version with the oat and chickpea flours. It's awesome!! I told Bryanna that we call it crack gravy in our house, because it's so addictive.

Crack gravy!!!!!!!!!!!!!

That is so funny!

I put some on my husband's mashed potatoes today for lunch, he thought it was great too. He is so supportive, he will try anything.........even breast of tofu. He loves his meat, but will eat many meals without. I am hoping that in time he will come around.

Glad you like that!

Family members do have a way of coming around. Really the best way is just by cooking delicious homemade vegan food.

Is the newer yeast gravy with the oat and chickpea flours in a newsletter? I love the older version so this has to be amazing.

It is, but I forget which one. Maybe Bryanna or someone else knows. It's also on the Everyday Dish DVD.
