Hi Bryanna,
I love all the bread recipes you have and I was wondering which one of them you would suggest using to make "stuffed bread." When I was younger, in the Italian bakeries where I used to lived, they made these "stuffed breads" that were stuffed with broccoli and cheese or sausage and cheese or pepperoni and cheese - I guess they were kind of like stomboli (I am not sure if that's the same thing). You could tell how it was made - that the dough was spread out, the filling placed on top and the the dough was rolled into a loaf. The stuffed breads were kind of expesive, but we always bought them for the holidays. I would like to make one today or tomorrow, so if you could suggest which one of your recipes would be best for this, I would appreciat it (along with any other suggestions of course)!
Thank you Bryanna!
I wish everyone a Happy and Blessed Easter!
Peace~

I know what you mean, Silvia, but I'm not sure how crusty the bread would be. You could try it with my newest bread on my blog, but just baked in a bread pan: http://veganfeastkitchen.blogspot.com/2008/03/5-minute-no-knead-yeast-bread-and.html
or this one: http://veganfeastkitchen.blogspot.com/2006/03/basic-crusty-bread.html
