Hello everyone,
Today I bought some greens that I have never cooked before; turnip greens and curly mustard greens. They were on sale, so I thought I would try them. I usually cook greens (collard greens, swiss chard, kale, broccoli rabe) by sauteing them with olive oil and garlic, or by steaming them plain, and then adding salt and pepper. Sometimes I will use soy sauce instead of salt. I was wondering if anyone has any other suggestions.
Peace~

Hi Silvia,
If you douse olive oil on leafy greens such as kale, then bake them for 3-5 minutes at 350 degrees, they get crispy and crunchy like chips! The baking time is of major importance because an extra minute could cause them to burn. You will either love them or hate them (I love, my family hates), because unlike chips, they rather stick your teeth...
