Hi Bryanna!
I have been wanting to try out these buns for a while now sine we love veggie burgers but can never find that perfect bun to go with them.
Question...you say 1/4 cup bran but does that mean wheat bran or oat bran? I could not find anything just labelled bran. I have tried out the recipe using wheat bran because I hoped that is what it was.

It's a wonderful recipe! I love these hamburger buns. I probably should make the pecan sticky buns with this dough!

These buns were amazing! They will defenitely be a staple at our home and I want to make a huge batch and freeze some for later. Thanks Bryanna!!!

I use oat bran in this recipe and the buns turn out great!

Like Shirley, I also use oat bran in this recipe and it comes out great.
I really should make these buns more often.
