I just read your recipe of Baja style tempeh tacos and can't help for laughing. Brian threatened not to eat it and he ate 3 tacos! Have you converted him to like tempeh? With your recipes, you can convert anyone from 'don't like' to 'like'.
This looks like a great recipe. I have to try it soon. I can get fresh pineapple all year long since we are close to Hawaii. I also have lots of limes from my tree.
I got the tempeh from Yongkie. With shipping cost, it becomes expensive. Maybe I should try it from tempeh girl who lives not so far from us.
