Hi everyone,
If you have Dish Network satellite, I recommend Veria TV, channel 9575. I have been watching it and enjoy it a lot.
The programs are mostly about alternative medicine, acupuncture, yoga, pilates, Qi Gong, Tai Chi, Herbs for helping ailments, Natural make up and beauty products made from scratch using natural ingredients, and organic cooking and travel. There is one cooking show for vegans by Ann Gentry the owner/chef of Real Food Daily in Los Angeles. She cooks a lot with seitan and tempeh. She showed how to make seitan in her restaurant.
You can check this at www.veria.com I hope it become as big as foodtv network. It's about time people talk about alternative medicine in the US.
