Okay I am in another bind. I am trying out a new recipe for Christmas and cannot find any chickpea flour anywhere. Does anyone know if I can just substitute soy flour instead of the chickpea flour? Or any other suggestions. I am using it to make a seitan "festive" loaf. Any help would be greatly appreciated!

Yes, you can use soy flour!
