Does anyone use or know of a brand of baking pans that don't buckle? I use Baker's Secret pans which are relatively inexpensive (under $10 at the supermarket), but I have a problem with them buckling. These are them: http://www.bakerssecret.com/index.asp?pageId=99

I called the company and they said it's pretty common for them to buckle and there's nothing you can do about it. He said that if I bought a heavier pan, that might alleviate the problem. I don't want to spend alot of money on other pans unless I am sure they won't buckle.

I've had aluminum half-sheet pans (you can buy them at most restaurant supply stores) for a few years and they haven't buckled. They're not nonstick so I usually use them with a silpat.

I love Wilton's. They are sturdy but not non-stick. Never buckles. Unfortunately, they are not that cheap but if you want to invest in this good product it will last a long long time. It is also thick aluminum.

Thanks Kourtney and Debbie. I use non-stick, so Debbie, those Wilton pans look great! I looked them up online and found nothing but positive reviews, AND I found out that they are sold at Kohl's which always has sales. They're not as expensive as I thought they would be so that's great too. I think in January the houshold items usually go on sale for 50% off or more, so I will wait until then to buy them (I'm not in a rush). Thanks again!
