A new post on my blog-- delicious, creamy, easy, and very reasonable in terms of fat, calories, etc.. Inexpensive, too!

Hi Bryanna,
Your pumpkin spice soynog looks really good. I'll bet it is better than the Silk pumpkin spice that it is available in the market.
The Silk pumpkin spice one is not really a pumpkin spice nog. It's just a thin soy milk with pumpkin pie spices. It's a bit sweet too but not rich like the soy nog. I usually use it in my coffee as a creamer and don't drink it by itself. I use it to make soy latte. I guess I can make it myself with regular soy milk and add pumpkin spices to it but I am just lazy and buy the special silk when it is available.
I am sure your pumpkin spice soynog tastes much better and it's better to drink it alone instead of as a coffee creamer. I use silk soy milk as my coffee creamer because it's the only soy milk that doesn't curdle when mixed with coffee.

I just tried some yesterday. There is 160 calories per cup and if I remember right about 50 - 60 of those calories are from fat.
Debbie, I agree with you about it being a thim soymilk with spices. Bryanna's is definitely better in many ways.
