Just got back from the Natural Products Expo East where I found some great vegan products:
Edward & Sons came out with oganic vegan panko crumbs. http://edwardandsons.com/SellSheetFront_Croutons.html Also, Road's End (Chreese) has just merged with Edward & Sons - two great vegan companies!
Another great find: The creator of Mrs. Mays nut crunch has started a new company called Mareblu Naturals (www.mareblunaturals.com). The products are similar to Mrs. Mays except that Mareblu Naturals nuts are from the U.S. as opposed to China. Costco is carrying the Cashew Crunch but you can get any of the 7 other crunches on line or from natural food stores.
Follow Your Heart has a new vegan cream cheese and sour cream soon to be on shelves. It was launched 2 years ago but they kept having to tweak it further.
Both Sheese (from Scotland) and Cheezly (from England) were at expo. IMO, Cheezly is better melted than unmelted but Sheese is great either way. I love the way it mimics paneer in Indian recipes! www.blackduckimports.com They removed the FDA unapproved ingredient (which was vegan) so stores in the U.S. should be picking it up soon. Meanwhile, you can mail order it from Pangeaveg.com, veganessentials.com, etc. Available in hard cheese and in creamy cheese forms.
Tree Huggin'Treats, the vegan candy bars from Asheville, N.C. are finally in natural food stores under the label Crispy Cat bars. http://www.crispycatcandybars.com/
Let's support all of these great vegan companies!

Bryanna - You are lucky to have access to Sheese. Local natural food stores are beginning to bring it in by demand. I used it in your Chicken Divan and it was divine!
Debbie - Let us know what you think about the Cashew Crunch by Mareblu Naturals after your party. It's addictive nd dangerous!! If it lasts in my house, I am going to bag it up in holiday cellophane bags for hostess and/or teacher gifts.
Has anyone tried Sweet and Sara vegan marshmallows? Even if you don't like marshmallows, you have to go to Sara's website and read about the history of her marshmallows on utube. This woman has perseverance! I wrote to the Food Network to suggest that they do a story about her. sweetandsara.com
