I blogged about about our dinner today (we had our dinner last night), but here are a couple of pics:
Orange and Rosemary Cranberry sauce (from the upcoming issue); Soy and Seitan "Pork Tenderloin" with Garlic and Herb Crust (from the Jan/Feb/Mar VF 06 issue); Succotash from my holiday cookbook; roasted butternut squash slices with orange juice and spices; mashed potatoes; chanterelle mushroom brown gravy; traditional vegan bread stuffing
