We tried this last week and it is incredible. So delicious with an amazing texture. I'm fairly certain that I printed it out from this board rather than a newsletter, but now I can't find it here. I'd love to see the whole thread if it was here.
It is the one that starts "Debbie asked if I could make a variation of my other soy and seitan roasts, but with beef flavor. So I did, and it turned out very well.It can be sliced thinly for sandwiches."
Does that ring a bell for anyone? Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thank you!

Tami, the recipe is in the Feb Mar 05 issue, part 2. Do read the new info about indexing the newsletters below! It makes it so much easier to find recipes! Glad you enjoyed the roast!

Thank you, Bryanna. I have downloaded Copernic and am working on getting it working. It isn't quite there yet.. and I'm relying on my husband for help. I'm not very computer savvy.
Thank you so much for the issue. I was next to positive it was on the board rather than the newsletter, so you really saved me-- I was back to page 25 looking! We loved that roast.
Thank you again, Tami
