Does anyone know if there's a way to search for only recipes that use less than one full package of silken tofu? I can never seem to access this information when I need it and am always scrambling to find some use for the remains of a partially used package before it goes bad. Thanks! Catherine

I'll look into this, or you could query their support board on their website-- they are pretty fast at responding.
I use bits and pieces of silken tofu in shakes, or add to other tofu for tofu scramblemost of the time

cv,
I have the same problem. This doesn't really answer your question, but my solution has been to create a list of uses for leftover silken tofu. It has recipes from most of Bryanna's newsletters. It's not finished, and I don't know when I'll finish it, but I could send you what I've got. In all, it has close to 50 of Bryanna's recipes listed. Let me know if you want it. My email is lakenymph@netscape.net

Thanks for your help, Bryanna and Tess!
Great idea, Bryanna--I'll post my question to the Living Cookbook list as soon as I get a chance.
And thanks so much, Tess, for offering to share your list with me. I'll definitely be emailing you!
