WOW!!!
Another outstanding newsletter Bryanna!! AND to have it arrive on a rare Saturday off I can delve RIGHT into it!!
The ravioli recipe is the first recipe that grabbed my attention!!! I used to make ravioli quite regularly in my ovo-lacto days, and am trying to remember if I have made it since becoming vegan. If so, it certainly hasn't been in a long time.
But I LOVE making ravioli. I tell people it's the perfect thing to make for folks who like to play with their food!! I enjoyed seeing the picure of your ravioli maker, Bryanna. I have one like this:

I liked yours in that it makes BIGGER ones!
Thanks again for more SUPERB recipes!

Bryanna!! I must ditto what Debbie said about a MARVELOUS newsletter!!
Just finished off a huge plate of the Sweet Potato/Blackeyed Pea salad!! OUTSTANDING! And I'm not really a fan of cold bean salads. But your dressing was SOOOO good!! Really inspired!! I cooked the sweet potatoes by roasting them (as opposed to boiling or baking) and that REALLY upped the flavor I think!

BTW ... beans and sweet potatoes are a great combo ... one of my favorite types of burrito is to layer some refried beans down the center of the tortilla and top it with a layer of mashed sweet potatoes. Drizzle w/ a little salsa and roll up!
But, back to the newsletter ... I also want to try the peanut sauce. I've certainly seen various and sundry recipes for this type of sauce, but have never tried it. I'm currently in a Soy Curls mood, so I'm going to take your suggestion to try it on them.
