We really love Bryanna's Teriyaki Tofu and find it easier to bake it, rather than pan fry it and especially like the texture of the baked product.
Lately, though, we've been wondering if we could bake it, with a minimum of seasoning, to use in a variety of other dishes. Does anyone have any recipes for a "mild" or "plain" baked tofu?
