I can't remember if I've asked this before but here it goes:
I have some backup seitan in the freezer: 1 "pork" tenderloin, the tapioca version of both the chicken cutlets and beef cutlets, neatballs, the ginger pork burgers, and a soy salmon.
How long will these last in the freezer? Will they start to sublimate and get freezer burn? I have them all vaccuum sealed then placed inside 2 gallon freezer bags.
Just wanted to know what the longest anyone has ever frozen their setain for.
Thanks.

They should last 6 months, especially the way you have dealt with them.

It's probably a bit different with a fridge freezer (I have an all-fridge, so my freezers are both deep-freezers) but I've frozen seitan for at least 9 months and had it come out fine.
