Sesame oil (which one?)

Bryanna, in your recipes (the one in particular that I'm going to make is the South African Bobotie) calls for sesame oil. Is this the dark roasted kind, or unroasted "lite" kind? In your recipes that call for sesame oil, is it under the assumption that we use lite or dark, unless otherwise stated? Thanks for looking.

I do always specify, but I usually say "Chinese" or "Asian" sesame oil, which is always dark or roasted. So that's what I mean for you to use in the bobotie recipe.
