Is this the dark roasted kind, or unroasted "lite" kind? In your recipes that call for sesame oil, is it under the assumption that we use lite or dark, unless otherwise stated? Thanks for looking.
Bryanna Owner/Moderator 2003 posts Feb 08, 2007 11:47 AM	I do always specify, but I usually say "Chinese" or "Asian" sesame oil, which is always dark or roasted. So that's what I mean for you to use in the bobotie recipe.
