I truly enjoy this dish from the new newsletter. But I kept it overnight in the fridge so the sauce and spices combined and absorbed to the ingredients. I used 2 pkgs of Morningstar Meal Starter Chik'n (gardein) and 1 part of soy curls. The gardein is darn expensive. It has a good texture and taste but soy curls are much cheaper.
Thanks Bryanna for a great recipe!

Glad you liked it, Debbie! I found a Gardein product here-- it's President's Choice meatless Strips (beef or chicken). It is expensive, too! But, good. I am blogging about a dish I made with the "beef" ones soon. Thank goodness for SoyCurls!

Glad you can find it, Bryanna! Aren't they great? I like the texture.
