I loved your Pumpkin tunnel cake, Bryanna. I used whole wheat pastry flour (instead of mixing both types) and it came out really well. John (DH) loved it too, and he still doesn't know that there was tofu in it! :)
I also made several other things from your last 2 newsletters and everything was just wonderful! I wanted Thanksgiving dinner to be perfect because I was cooking for 2 meat-eaters (including DH) and neither were too impressed when they realized that the meal was vegan (this was before they ate it). Once they tasted the food, they were totally impressed! :)

Bryanna, I can assure you that you do make a huge difference. The first year of learning new foods and cooking is a challenge. I have not only been able to keep going but I have been able to make delicious, nutritous food for myself and others. Until I found "Nona's..." and your website, I had no clue I could eat this well. Besides, you take the time to answer question and hold our hands when needed. I am coming up on a year of veganism (Feb) and I can honestly tell you I would not have it made this far without help you and others offer here on this site.
