Bryanna, awhile back there was a corn spoonbread style recipe. I cannot find it. I would like to make it for a supper on Friday. I do have a non-vegan one I could try to adapt, but I always feel I can trust yours as is even if I've never tried it before.

Hi, Dori! I've been meaning to post on your blog and say, hi, glad you're back, etc, etc....time is getting away from me! I have been thinking of you and congratulations for your accomplishments! You are a wonder!
Anyway, the spoonbread is in the Oct/Nov/Dec 05 newsletter-- p. 22. It has greens in it. if you want a plain version, this is actually anadaptation of the south African "Mielie Bread" in the Ap/May 04 newsletter.
