I hope everyone will have a nice Thanksgiving. I know I am thankful for all of the recipes from Bryanna.

I made the "turkey" for the first time stuffed with bulgar, apples, onions, celery, sage, parsely, thyme. It did unfortunately break last night when I tried to turn it. forgot to put in parchment paper... oops..

I will make the pear/squash/cranberry/pecan dish, mashed potatoes, broccoli and cauliflower, the chickpea gravy from the recent newsletter, the squash bread braid, and I think I decided on the Fennel. Green Beans and Roasted Beets Salad.

Way too much food for two people but lots of lovely leftovers!!

Hi Here is a pic of our dinner. I did not put them in fancy bowls since it was just us.

Sorry the pic is so large. The thumbnail link does not work on Macs.

I will trim it with photoshop later.

Thanks!! I resized the pic. I got photobucket to make a thumbnail. I guess I was too sleepy after eating.

We actually had it in three courses. We ate the salad first while watching the first disc of Fellowship of the Rings. Then we finished baking the bread, squash/cranberry dish, and making the potatoes and gravey. Ate our second course during the second disc.

Then in the evening had our pie with soyatoo!
