hullo bryanna,
would like to know which issue of the newsletter i may find the vegan omelet?
can i make silken tofu at home, or is it better to just buy it?

It's in the Oct./Nov. 2004 issue. And I'm afraid that silken tofu is quite difficult to make at home. It's made in a different way than regular tofu.
