The pictures look so good, Bryanna! It really looks to be an exciting project. I'm also very anxious to try your new kebab meat ... It's also cool that you're gonna work with the 'grain meat' chef (whose name escapes me right now) on a new book. Congrats for you being so DESERVEDLY successful!
