I just made the basmati Rice pudding from the new newsletter, but I used cooked BROWN basmati rice instead of the white called for. It's delish and worked fine, but you have to bake it for 1 1/2 hours. instead of 50 minutes if you use brown! (Though delicious with brown rice, it's not as soft and fluffy as with the white.) ---------- "To look like a goddess, eat like a peasant." Karen Andres
