Hi Bryanna,

I am wondering which "chicken" you purchased for your recipe posted on your blog? There are so many choices and I didn't see any listed as "cutlets". Thanks, Patricia

I mentioned where I got them in Vancouver in the ngredient list-- but there's no brand on them. They look like the one you can get online in the USA at the link in the ingredient list (where it says "16/ 2 1/2" Chinese vegetarian "chicken" cutlets...and in the USA you can order them online here") You might have missed it, but there's a link from that last word "here".

The problem is that it is a frozen product so it is expensive to ship. I have to find it in my area, I think. I didn't see this kind of 'Chicken' cutlets in Asian market near me.

Hi Soren,

Yeah, I have been busy lately and haven't cooked much. We are designing to remodel our bathroom. Unfortunately, it is not our kitchen yet. Our plumbing is getting old and the faucet drips so we need to break the wall and fix the plumbing so we will remodel the entire bathroom and bedroom. We will start the demolition in January, I think.

I saw your post and looks like you will have a nice house in the woods. Neat! The stuffed 'tenderloin' is our favorite and your cheesecake looks divine. Yum!

BTW, I am going to a tour to China, Beijing and Shanghai in the first week of Nov. I can't wait. I am a little bit nervous about the vegan food availability there. So I will be bringing these energy bars that are delicious :
