Bryanna - a while ago you talked about doing an e-book on the making of your seitans. First, is this still something you are going to do and secondly, is there any chance it will come out before Thanksgiving? I know you are an incredibly busy person and I certainly am not trying to pressure you, just inquiring. THANKS.

I'm afraid it's not going to come out before Thanksgiving, Starla, but it's still in the works for sure! is there a specific recipe you would like?

I have most all the recipes - it's the method that I'm most interested in. The Bread machine method did not work for me. I'm seriously considering buying a Bosch mixer. I will just wait until the book comes out. Thanks!

Starla, I wound up getting the Bosch and I LOVE it!! It really does an amazing job kneading bread, as well as making cookies and cakes.

You won't be sorry!!

I have one too, Starla. It's beautifully made and has plenty of power. Pat

Bryanna, did you decide on the book title, or is it going to be a surprise? :^)

I'm so pumped - my Bosch mixer is being shipped today. I got the one without the blender as I already have a commercial grade blender. Seitan roasts, here I come!!!!

Yeah Starla! Congratulations!! I actually tend to use my Vita Mix blender instead of the one on the Bosch. I find the Vita Mix has a lot more power.
