Hi Bryanna, I just made a tart that was inspired by your squash and kale tart in last years newsletter. I entered it into a creative tart contest today where I might win a $10 gift certificate ... I'm hoping to get a PETA lunchbag that says "no animals in here" :) I put almost 30 plus hours into this contest entry (all in good vegan fun). I gave you a shout out as my inspiration.

Pretty cool! I read your blog about this contest. A good blog! Hopefully you will win. :-)
I actually made a spelt crust for my red white and blue sweet tart back in July (I blogged it too). I was surprised that spelt is good for tart crust. It was the first time I use spelt flour.
