When making some of the Seitan or the Sausages that have TVP what kind do you prefer? I have seen the plain and the flavored and am not sure which one I should get.

I ALWAYS use unflavored, unless otherwise noted.

The flavored ones sometimes have salt added to it. That will make your seitan saltier. So I agree that the plain ones are better.
