Hi,

I just made the souffle roulade from the Jun/Jul newsletter. However I have a lot of the white cheesy sauce leftover. Does the sauce freeze well?

Also I was wondering what a serving size is?

TIA

This actually doesn't freeze very well. It makes about 5 cups, and a serving is 1/2 cup (I should make this more clear in the recipe). So, you will have about 2 cups leftover from serving the whole roulade. You can use it to make stuffed baked potatoes with spinach or broccoli, or to make a creme soup, to spread on top of a casserole , to spread on top of steamed cauliflower and sprinkle with soy parmesan, then broil, etc., etc.

Thanks Bryanna!

I did not think this would freeze to well... but I thought I would ask anyway

I asked because this dish will probably last the entire week for my DH and I. I actually have enough stuffing for a second rolaude :).

Actually the stuffing reminds me of saag paneer. Maybe we can have an Indian themed dinner one night this week.... hmmm...
