This actually doesn't freeze very well. It makes about 5 cups, and a serving is 1/2 cup (I should make this more clear in the recipe). So, you will have about 2 cups leftover from serving the whole roulade. You can use it to make stuffed baked potatoes with spinach or broccoli, or to make a creme soup, to spread on top of a casserole , to spread on top of steamed cauliflower and sprinkle with soy parmesan, then broil, etc., etc. ---------- "To look like a goddess, eat like a peasant."
