Three Questions

1.) I ordered my Irish Moss it is dark brown is that normal?

2.) And the BIGGEST question is the time it takes right now to cook this way is killing me and I'm getting tired of quick baked potato.
What would help me would be a menu to follow then could order the supplies and buy the food just for those items etc.
Does anyone know if Byranna has menus posted here?

Just finished this Cardiac Class Super Jazzed not discouraged just getting overwhelmed just a hair because I don't have most of the ingredients or not sure how the combinations will taste so being don't want to waste. Help any suggestions would be great.

3.) Made Bryannas cheddar cheese yesterday is is suppose to be a little firmer then pudding? Or Hard like a brick of cheddar?

Yes, the irish moss is brown. And the cheese is not hard like a brick, but should be sliceable. When frozen, you can grate it easily.

As for time, you will get to that eventually. It took me about a year to change my "cooking mindset". I'm not big on menus and lists, unfortunately.

But why not go through my "Free recipe Archives", my blog recipes, and the newslettrs and choose the quick and easy recipes. Print them out and make a binder of them, divided into categories.

Do one more difficult recipe every week, so that you are continually learning. After a while, these new ingredients and cooking methods become second nature and you could write a shopping list in your head. But give yourself time to adjust.

You can rely more heavily on storebought meat subs, pasta, stir-fries, etc., now. Believe me, I don't take hours to cook every night!

Soups are good because you can make a pot and freeze portions for a quick meal.

Thanks Great Ideas I think I have been making your recipes everyday. Actually we eat from this website everyday ..........because were learning we don't know what else to do. But the best part is we LOVE it. No bad tastes so far. It's wonderful.

But thanks again you answer so pomptly love it!
