I did this list for Dr. Barnard's book that I'm working on. The recipes in it are under 10% fat. We could not include this in the book, due to space, so he suggested that I post it on my website and we can list it as a resource. Hi Bryanna,
I don't know how you calculate the percentage but I eat these veggie burgers all the time. It is only 1 WW point. They are Dr. Praeger's brand. His website is under construction now unfortunately so you can't see how it looks like. His products are not all vegetarian but I buy the California Veggie Burger and TexMex veggie burger which are vegan.
